Terms/Conditions:
Must be the homeowner of record and show proof of
title/deed if selected.
Offerings may change without notice. Additional prizes may
be substituted which may include Radiant flooring,
replacement windows, entry doors or related, subject to
conditions and permits. Conditional upon the following:
Pre-inspection must take place prior to final reward.
Preexisting dryrot, engineering-structural issues or improper
permitting, may result in non compliance, non-award or
additional fees. All homeowner must sign and notarize the
complete,official Homeowners Terms/Conditions document
which details warranties, limitations, terms, liability waiver
and deadlines of this contest. Winners must agree to be
taped and have their likeness, images used in perpetuity for
rebroadcast at the sole control of the Producers, without any
financial renumeration. Offer and terms subject to change.
Not available to employees, participants, builders, or
current/past vendors, suppliers of Rapid Remodel TV. Must
reside in a No.California Comcast viewer region. All
winning, weekly entries will be submitted for consideration.
Repeat weekly winners, will be given priority. Weekly, repeat,
submissions, with the total number of correct answers will be
tallied and placed into the final pool. Entires that are not
received/submitted within the due date, can resubmit within
7 days of the scheduled re-run. Total of 14 episodes and 14
reruns for a total of 28weeks of programing, starting May
7/8/2006. Episodes are noted/listed on Comcast TV Guide
(Channel11) and Digital TV Guide on the DVR Guide menu.
